Description
The idea is to include any properties that effect windows boot up time in one place. Many of these properties are applicable to Windows Vista, but this was only tested on Windows 7 & 8. Please suggest additions to the this analysis, it could use some expansion.

For best performance, "Size of RdyBoostBootPlan" should be less than 524288.
