This analysis provides information about the current performance characteristics of a BigFix Agent. The analysis should aid in the troubleshooting of client performance issues related to UDP pings.

The property, "Client - Last UDP Ping - Universal" returns the time of the most recent UDP ping received since the last time the computer restarted.

The property, "Client - Receiving UDP Pings - Universal" should provide a better indicator towards whether UDP pings are working as it also searches the client log for the last two days for indicators that UDP pings are working.

The property, "Client - Command Polling - Universal" provides information on whether or not Command Polling is configured. If UDP Pings are not working, Command Polling is how the client finds out about new content like analyses, fixlets and actions.
