Sometimes you just need to know the expected screen shots during an installation.  Sometimes there are no additional details with regards to these screens since the installation is so simple.  And sometimes corporate environments require the screen shots to be documented for tracking and other purposes.  This is where my step-by-step articles comes in.

In this case here are the step-by-step screen shots for installing the IBM Endpoint Manager v9 client onto a Windows Server 2012.  The OS only affects the borders of these screens… the contents and screens are the same regardless of the OS.  I hope these are helpful for you and your company.
