Description

Disabling the BigFix service from interacting with the desktop disables the service from displaying information on the desktop. After applying this task, actions that the service runs will be silent. This will remedy some visual issues and annoyances with installers and patches. Microsoft recommends this setting.

Note: Any content that relies on interacting with the desktop will not function properly.

Note: A DOS window may briefly appear while this task is being executed.

Note: This task will restart the BES Client service. Please schedule this task to occur at a time when a service interruption is acceptable.
