Description
| The listed computers do not recognize the BES Client as a registered application. This may indicate a corrupt BES Client installation. In order to guarantee that these clients work with existing Fixlet content, the BES Client should be reinstalled on these computers. Note: Task #219 "TROUBLESHOOTING: Uninstall BES Clients" in the "BES Support" site can be used to uninstall the BES Client. To reinstall the client, use the remote client deployment tool or a 3rd party software distribution tool. |
