Missing DirectX - BES Console - DirectX 9.0C

Description
| BES 6.0 and later consoles require DirectX version 8.0 and later to display various graphs, charts, and other graphical elements. If DirectX is not installed or is at a lower version, a warning message will be displayed instead. Use the actions below to deploy DirectX 9.0C. The DirectX 9.0C installer will install localized versions of the application based on the operating system language. Note that some languages (such as Hungarian and Turkish) are not supported and the English version of DirectX will be installed instead. See Microsoft documentation for a list of supported languages. Note: Affected computers may report back as 'Pending Restart' once the DirectX has been installed successfully, clients will report back their final status once the computer has been restarted. Important Note: If the BES Console is in use on the client machine during action execution, an "Unexpected Error" message may appear. In this case, restart the BES Console after rebooting the client machine. To prevent this from occuring, it is recommended that the BES Console be shut down before action execution. |
